Who receives your try-on video

When you use the live try-on, your camera video is streamed to Decart, which generates the try-on image, and to the cloud infrastructure and content-moderation providers Decart uses to deliver it. It is not used for anything else, and it is not shared with anyone outside that.

The store you are shopping with does not receive your video, and neither do we store it. It is used to generate the try-on you see on screen, for as long as the try-on is open and no longer, and for nothing else.
The result is generated by AI. It is an approximation, and will not perfectly represent fit, colour or fabric.
