Plain pricing
Three plans. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial that includes 5 try-ons. There is no free plan — every try-on costs real money to run, so a permanent free tier isn't something we can offer honestly.
Extra try-ons are off unless you switch them on. Left alone, try-ons stop when your included ones run out and start again next cycle. If you turn pay-as-you-go on, you set your own limit on how many extra try-ons we may use, and they are billed at the rate above — never automatically, and never past the limit you set. Plans are monthly; there is no annual option. Shopify handles the charge, approval and invoice. Development stores are free on every plan.
Plans differ only in how much try-on time is included. Every setting — including the longest try-on length — is available on all three.

Billing questions
One session a shopper starts. Every try-on runs 15 seconds. If they close the window early it still counts, because the slot was already held for them.
15 seconds, on every plan. There is nothing to configure, and the number is shown to the shopper in the camera notice before their camera turns on.
Exactly the number on your plan — 40 on Starter, 130 on Growth, 400 on Scale. It is not an estimate and nothing you change moves it.
By default they stop until your next billing period — nothing keeps running and quietly billing you. If you'd rather keep going, turn on pay-as-you-go in your admin: extra try-ons are billed at your plan's rate, and you set the maximum number, so there is no open-ended bill either way.
On your Shopify billing date. Your allowance resets when Shopify opens your next billing period, so the two always agree. During the free trial, before Shopify has opened a billing period, it runs on a rolling 30 days.
No. Nothing you use during the trial is billed.
