These terms are an agreement between you, the store owner, and XISLABS Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), which operates WeTryOn. By installing the WeTryOn Shopify app, creating an account at app.wetryon.ai, or adding the WeTryOn script to a website, you agree to them. If you use WeTryOn for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree on its behalf.

1. The service

WeTryOn adds a “Try it on” button to your product pages. A shopper who taps it and agrees to an on-screen notice sees themselves wearing that product in a live, AI-generated video from their own camera. You get a dashboard to choose which products show the button, how it looks, and how many try-ons you have left.

It comes in two forms: the Shopify app, installed from the Shopify App Store, and the website script, set up at app.wetryon.ai for stores on other platforms.

WeTryOn is an independent product. It is built on third-party AI models and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the companies that make those models. The providers that receive shopper video are listed on our recipients page.

Every try-on is an AI-generated illustration of how a product could look. It is not a photograph, and it does not tell anyone how a product will fit or which size to buy.

2. Your account

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account covers one store. You may only add domains you own or control, and we verify each one before try-on works on it.

3. Shoppers and consent

Before a shopper's camera is used, WeTryOn shows them a notice explaining what happens to their video and asks for their agreement. You must not hide, shorten, alter or pre-accept that notice, and you must not remove the “AI-generated” label on a try-on. You are responsible for any notice your own store needs to give its customers under the law that applies to you. How shopper video is handled is described in our privacy policy.

4. Plans, trials and billing

WeTryOn is sold as monthly plans, each with a monthly allowance of try-ons. The current plans, prices, allowances and free trial are shown on our pricing page. Prices exclude tax, which is added where it applies.

• Who bills you. On Shopify, Shopify bills you and its terms apply to the payment. For the website script, Creem acts as our merchant of record and reseller: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles tax, and its terms apply to the payment.
• Free trial. A free trial is offered once per store and per email address. A card is needed to start it, and it is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Allowance. When a month's try-ons are used up, try-on stops until the next period or until you upgrade. On the Shopify app you can choose to allow extra try-ons at your plan's published rate, up to a limit you set; they never happen unless you switch them on.
• Changing plan. An upgrade applies straight away and is charged for the rest of the current period. A downgrade applies straight away, with no refund for the rest of the period. On the website script, plans cannot be changed during a free trial.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. For the website script, cancel from Billing in your dashboard: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. On Shopify, cancel by uninstalling the app, which ends the plan through Shopify.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, try-on is paused and the payment is retried. If it still cannot be taken, the plan is cancelled.
• Refunds. Fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise. Contact support@wetryon.ai about any billing problem and we will reply within three business days.

We may change prices or plans. A change to what you pay applies from your next billing period after we tell you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms. In particular, you must not use WeTryOn to create sexual, sexually suggestive, explicit, pornographic or otherwise NSFW content, to try on lingerie, underwear, intimate apparel or swimwear, to change a person's face or identity, or on anyone who has not agreed to it. Product descriptions are checked by automated moderation before try-ons are generated, and we may block products, suspend or close accounts that break the policy.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in your store, product photos and descriptions. You let us use them only to provide the service: to recognise which products can be tried on and to describe them to the AI model. You confirm you have the right to sell the products you enable and to use their images this way.

7. Our service and its limits

We own WeTryOn and its software; these terms give you a licence to use it while your plan is active, and nothing more. We work to keep WeTryOn available and accurate, but it depends on third-party AI and infrastructure, so it is provided “as is”. We cannot promise that it will always be available, that every try-on will look right, or that it will change your sales or returns.

We may change or improve the service. If we stop offering it, we will give you reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after it stops.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, sales or data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using WeTryOn at any time by cancelling your plan and removing the app or the script. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the acceptable use policy, if a payment cannot be taken, or if we are required to by law.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top when we do, and tell you by email before a change that affects what you pay or what you may do with the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where XISLABS Pvt Ltd is registered, without taking away any protection the law of your own country gives you.
